ICEC Final Stage 2025

You made it through the Local Stage? Great job. Now it’s time for the Final Stage 2025 of the International Civil Engineering Competition.

It will take place from July 6 to July 13 in Karlsruhe.

We’ve planned a full week with a mix of everything. Three days will be all about the competition. The rest of the week is filled with fun activities, trips and time to meet students from all over the world.

The participation fee is 40 euros for team members and 145 euros for observers.

Accommodation and food are included for the whole week. You just need to get here and we’ll take care of the rest.

We’re looking forward to seeing you in Karlsruhe and spending an unforgettable week together.

Registration

If your team won the Local Stage at your university, you can now register for the International Civil Engineering Competition. You’ll get the registration link directly from your Local Committee President. Just contact them if you want to join as a participant.

There is also space for observers. Each Local Committee that joined the ICEC Local Stage gets four spots in total. Three are for the team and one is for an observer.

If you’d like to join as an observer, please also get in touch with your President. They’ll send you the link for registration.

Even if your LC is not taking part in the Final Stage, you can still come as an observer. Places will be given out on a first come first served basis. There are still some left, so don’t wait too long.

If more people from your LC would like to join, just send us a short message. We’ll try to find a solution. There are still a few extra spots.
