ICEC 2025 Observer Registration

You’re not competing but would still like to join? Then this is the right place for you.

The ICEC will take place from July 6 to July 13, 2025 in Karlsruhe. It’ll be a week full of activities, trips and international exchange.

The guest fee is 145 euros. This includes accommodation, meals and the full week’s program. Each participating Local Committee can send one guest for sure. All other spots will be given on a first come, first served basis. If you want to join, make sure to sign up soon. We’re looking forward to having you with us.
